Couple finds support in ministry

Mike and Lulu Miranda had been married for six months and living away from family when they discovered Couples for Christ.

In the Christian Life Program, the newlyweds found spiritual support and guidance in the faith-based community.

“We were able to grow spiritually -- not just individually, but together as a couple,” said Mr. and Mrs. Miranda in a written statement. “We learned the importance of prayer, grew in our virtues, and applied them in our personal relationships and discovered our ultimate goal, to bring each other to heaven.”

As stated in their mission, A Private International Association of the Faithful of Pontifical Right, Couples for Christ (CFC) is a Catholic movement intended for the renewal and strengthening of Christian family life.

The couple says the greatest legacy they leave their daughter is their faith. She also participates in the family ministry, transitioning from Kids for Christ to Couples For Christ Youth and now serving Singles for Christ.

“In gratitude for all of the blessing and graces that God has given us, we share with others the unspeakable joy we experience in serving him as a family.”
