"There is a real purpose to Advent. Although it is very difficult to see on a surface level, dare to see that the busyness of the world of our lives prevents us from seeing.
Let nothing stop us from running to meet our savior. Get rid of what is weighing us down, what serves no purpose anymore, what is standing in our way of us following, with confidence, the one who leads us to our future, that is our destiny, that we all deserve, that is God’s doing for us. Be free with what is weighing us down so we can be free and open our arms so we can welcome back one that is coming as a savior, as Lord, as brother, as friend, as the one who helps us see the world in the way it was meant to be seen. Through the eyes of God.
Advent is meant to awaken us to the fact that God makes all things new, to make us realize that it is all good and we can become the goodness that is at the center of it."
