Position Summary:
Cardinal Gibbons High School is seeking a dedicated and experienced Head Women’s Wrestling Coach to lead and develop our women's wrestling program. This individual will be responsible for all aspects of the program, including practice planning, skill development, team strategy, and cultivating a positive, competitive, and faith-aligned team culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all aspects of the women’s wrestling program.
- Design and implement practice plans, competitive strategies, and skill-building sessions.
- Promote sportsmanship, accountability, and teamwork among student-athletes.
- Mentor and support student-athletes in their academic, athletic, and personal development.
- Ensure full compliance with school, conference, and state athletic regulations.
- Build strong relationships with student-athletes, parents, school administrators, and athletic staff.
Qualifications:
- Previous coaching experience at the high school or collegiate level required.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- A commitment to the mission and values of Cardinal Gibbons High School.
- Ability to inspire, motivate, and develop student-athletes both on and off the mat.
